Hello,
can I collect some logs from a RED device I don't have physical access to?
We have one device that is for some days reconnecting randomly but multiple times a day and I hope to find information in such a log like link to WAN router down or something like that. Or if it was rebooting when the disconnects were happening so I would think of a hardware failure.
