Support and Warranty for XG

I have been trying to a few weeks to access sophos support to submit a warranty claim for and XG86 that just stopped working a few weeks ago. The unit is under a year old and Im trying to submit a claim however the support site will not allow me to submit and when I call the support line they cant find a claim.

Can anyone help me and direct me to a way I can get the support that I have paid for?
