XG Home FW problem with Alexa echo 4 .Gen

Hello

i have probleme to get a Alexa echo 4 .Genruning at my fi+xg hoem FW . The Echo 3.Gen is running but at the 4.Gen I can not setup with DHCP and WLAN.

I include the the ip address like I have done with the 3.Gen. At the protocol level I get not entries inside the logging.

Try adding the LAN zone to the destinations. Mine works fine that way.

Also allow any services to get configured

Hello Vendor, I will try do you mean that LAN zone and WAN zone both as destination . I think that Services (dienste ) all is the same as any.
