The support team is aware of this issue and tracking it with the internal ID NC-64758. The fix for this issue is tentatively planned to be included in the v18 MR5 release.

However, if you don't want to wait for the firmware release, open a support case at support.sophos.com and mention the internal ID to get the patch applied to your firewall. Please PM me the support case number so that I can help with the follow-up.

Thank you for your quick reply.. Hmm it depends. Is IKEv2 available for Remote Access? If yes, then i'll create the support ticket to get the patch, I will wait for 18.5 if not

Unfortunately, IKEv2 isn't available for Remote Access VPN yet.
