Dynamic MAC - apple devices

Question

We have done IP-USER-Mac address bindings in most of our customer's site and recently we are facing USER login credentials problem due to Dynamic MAC Address Change in recent upgraded Apple devices. 
 But customer wants to have MAC address bind with their USER name which is to be STATIC. 
 Can you please help me how to resolve the problem?

Hi, 
 it is only an issue when using wifi and you will have to disable the hide MAC address function. If you have a server with the Apple management functions you could send an instruction to the Apple devices disabling the hide MAC address function. 
 It is a pain because you will need to perform the action after every upgrade or return to the office.
