Initial setup wizard SOPHOS XG. Internet connection says gateway is reachable but shows RED X

Just got XG loaded and running thru the initial setup. On the internet connection screen the Ethernet cable and IP address are green, but the gateway says it's reachable but shows a RED X. DNS is working (grey x) and Firewall is able to reach Sophos licensing system (grey x). Should I skip this step?

Hello J Saun,

You can Skip and continue, once you are able to access the GUI, (https://172.16.16.16:4444) you could confirm if the License is synced if you go to System >> Administration >> Licensing.
