Sophos BootStick?

Question

Hello everybody, 
 I would like to know if there is something special in Sophos Firewall like Windows boot stick? For the situation where Sophos was unable to update properly.

 You can re-image the device https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/18.0/Help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/nsg/learningContents/ReimagingXGFirewall.html to upgrade or downgrade to a different version.

Use the previous version that is already installed. Then wait until the automatic update process pushes the update onto your xg.
