you need to manually add the certificate authorities from LetsEncrypt to your XG

Had this yesterday. With other CAs of course.

Add the R3 and ISRG Root X1 CA Certs on your XG.

get the certs here:

https://letsencrypt.org/certificates/

tip: remove all blanks or special characters when importing the new CA....

like: ISRGRootX1.pem

or: LetsEncryptR3.pem

And use the same easy names in XG:

Solved, the site is hosted externally, but the problem was that the company's internal dns server was pointing to another dns ip of the site, someone must have changed it and not updated it.
