How to permanently acknowledge the announcements in Sophos Central?

Maybe this is happening when we are deleting all cookies everytime the browser closes? That's what I do at least. But Sophos could store the preference in the user account of sophos central.

For reference, I have a case open for a long time for the old messages showing on dashboard 03286637. Was told that there is no solution for this.

This should also be fixed by development.

emmosophos should we all create a new case for the central banners to get this solved in time?

I got around that message by changing my password then changing it back.  I haven't seen that message since.

All the passwords have been changed on our Firewalls and still the messages persist. Do you manage yours in Sophos Central or directly?

I did it directly on the firewall.  HTH.
