RED Debug mode

Hi,

is it possible to put a RED on XG in debug mode? We want to see if anything happens inside the layer 2 tunnel. The red.log and the serverbased logs of his individual logs do not show anything supicios at the time he gets disconnected.

A colleague of mine has some weird issue. Sometimes (especially after a few minutes after he starts to work) administrative RDP connections get disconned. This does not happen when he is on SSL-VPN.

    The commands to put the RED device in debug mode, are only available to Support, I would recommend you to open a case with them, so they can assist you with this.

    You can share the Case ID with me once you have it, so I can follow-up.
