Not able to view any clientless access report in Sophos

Dear Sophos Team,

We are not able to view any clientless report in Sophos. VPN & SSL VPN reports are working fine and we are seeing this issue only with Clientless access.

How to fix this issue.  I was google and found some user facing same issue. But i cannot see the answer to fix this issue
