XG 106 it is frozen

how are you
I have Sophos firewall xg106
it is working normally but after some time for example 2 days or 1 week it is frozen

and I can't reach it from static IP or from lan , and everything stops like internet and lan...etc

just I'm turning off from electric cable and put it again and turning on, its working again normaly

What's my problem can you help me ?!

note:
I checked everything the log and system graphs
everything normal

Hi abdulrahman hadad : Thanks for reaching out to community team..! Based on your issue description it seems your are facing an issue for XG106 hang which is getting recovered from hang state with device power cycle .

This required support investigation further to conclude it and based on device log file, console status during hang time and other required outputs details support team will take further appropriation action. Please open a support case and PM me the details for case ID for reference.

You would need to open a ticket with support to get this investigated.

Did you get the ticket open and can you share the Case ID?
