XG 106 it is frozen

how are you 
I have Sophos firewall xg106 
it is working normally but after some time for example 2 days or 1 week it is frozen

and I can't reach it from static IP or from lan , and everything stops like internet and lan...etc

just I'm turning off from electric cable and put it again and turning on, its working again normaly 

What's my problem can you help me ?!

note:
I checked everything the log and system graphs 
everything normal

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

    To add to what my co-worker Vishal mentioned, when opening the support case please provide the following:

     csc.log, applog.log, syslog.log, msync.log and networkd.log

     If possible, memory and CPU graph and all this detail with exact date and time when issue observed.

    Also the output of this command:

     grep 'NMI\|backtrace' /log/syslog.log

    Also, confirm if you’re using Firewall Acceleration if you are using it please disable and monitor if the issue happens again

    coconsole> system firewall-acceleration show

    nsole> system firewall-acceleration disable
