I have implemented STAS however it appears to be signing users out after a few minutes (2-30 minutes). This is despite the following settings:
Authentication -> STAS in Web GUI:
Enable user inactivity = ON
Inactivity timer = 600 minutes
Data transfer threshold: 100 byes
Authentication -> Web authentication in Web GUI:
Sign out user = When user inactive
Traffic flow required to consider user inactive = 100 byes in 600 minutes
STAS software on DC -> Logoff detection settings:
Enable logoff detection = disabled
Dead entry timeout = 10 hours
Any ideas would be appreciated.
