New XG 125 firewall default UN/PW not working

Hello all!

Hopefully this is a quick one! I've been trying to get our new XG 125 firewall up and running, and having some issues. I get through the initial setup, and then go to port 4444, but the admin/admin combo isn't working, and it never prompts me to create a un/pw. I last ditched tried the Sophos ID, but that didn't work either, and there's nothing in the documentation. Am I missing something?

    Hello,

    Within the Initial Setup you are required to provide a new admin password, the password that you typed in there will be used to access both SSH and WebUI.

    If you need to reset the admin password (If you forgot It), you can follow this KB, the "Via SFLoader" entry will show you how to do It.
