IPS service makes CPU up to 100% this morning

I think this problem have not been resolved completely，because after upgrade to 18.17.79，we still have the CPU high problem。

and our customer says that the sevice pass through XG still have some problem，especially Outlook connect to Exchange Server，always show username/password popup windows，or show disconnect，any suggestion? 

Yes, our another customer (firmware 18.0.4  MR-4, IPS 18.17.79) reported the issue yesterday.
But after stop and restart the IPS service, the issue resolved temporarily.

Hi Shunze，so when your customer stop and restart the IPS service，after a few time(maybe 2 or 3 hours)，the CPU High problem will happen again?

The issue didn't happend for 20 hours already.

1. No. of users behind the firewall? Firewall model in used ? What are the modules are in used like (Web/App/IPS/Email/WAF) ?

2. PSMON output when CPU high (Press 1 and share output)

3. output of below commands from CLI: 

console> show ips-settings

console> show port-affinity
