HA Status after update to v18 MR4 in Central Firewall Manger:

Hello Community,

I have updated our firewalls to v18 MR4. After the update I have an issue with the Central Firewall Manager. The Central Firewall Manger shows the Firrewall as "dead":

This is nearly right, after the Update this box is the passive one. When I check the firewall console I see both nodes are joined to Sophos Central but 2nd Firewall with S/N C5 will not shown in Central. On the other hand I can not remove the Central Connection of the active firewall. 

So wat is the best way to solve this issue?

  • I solved the problem. I switched to the passive node and deregistered both Firewalls in Sophos Central. After this I switched back the node witch is registered with the license and register the Firewall again in Sophos Central. Now I have a green status in Central.
