Whats the difference between Cloud Application and Website?

What make a website be classified as a 'cloud application' and thus appear in the XG Cloud Applications tab?

    Cloud applications are likely "CASB" solutions. CASB is a term for cloud based file applications. (Dropbox, onedrive etc.).
