Outbound Network Rule

Hi Everyone,

I want to create a rule to allow our local servers to access only specific IP and services to the internet. Upon configuring this rule I'm not able to connect to the specific IP in the internet. Can anyone advise?

    Hi,

    firstly you will need to raise a support case.

    The issue being with the current version of XG v18.0.4 mr4 using a device ID in the source network does not work, you need to put your local network.

    to restrict accès to this rule you will need to use 'match known users'.

    I have had number of rules fail until I changed the local network to one of my networks (internal) and added match known users.

    It is a BUG.
