HTTPS/TLS Inspection

Had SSL/TLS working fine, but now in Edge Chromium it's listing some sites as untrusted.  Yet when you click on the certificate it says it's valid.  I don't have this problem in Google Chrome and it wasn't happening with Untangle 16.2

Sophos XG is V18 MR4.

It's not happening on all websites.

Suggestions?

  • Hi Mike,

check the edge CA listing to see if the XG CA is installed correctly.

  • I will check,

I installed the cert in the computer cert store in trusted root CA.  If I open the certificate in Edge it shows the correct certificate path etc.

    i.e.

    Sophos CA_XG >> Amazon

I've done similar in the past at previous work places with GPO for M86 products and cloud based proxy services etc.
