Sophos firewall xg configuration

I have 3 different web pages that allow me to enter with username and password but when making any movement the session is closed, the page is not closed, only the session is ended. I have sophos firewall xg, can you help me to know what configuration I need to add or modify to avoid this problem please?

    Hi,

    I don't think this is an XG issue, but a website or browser configuration.

    Also, a suggestion for future posts, please type in the web page not use your document formatter because the pages are very hard to follow,.

    I think it is due to sophos because if I make the same movements connected to a free internet (outside the office network) no problem occurs and it allows any process to be carried out.

    Hi ,

    Some websites doesn't allow request from two or more source IP for one session.

    Are there multiple ISP terminated on the Sophos XG firewall and Internet traffic is load balanced between multiple ISPs.

    If yes, this could be the issue. For testing, create one source based firewall rule for one machine with route through gateway as a single ISP and see if it works.
