SSL VPN CERTIFICATE - UPDATE expired certificate

NEWBIE QUESTION.

Our Cert expired.  What are the steps to renew.

I've just to upload new cert, but i get the error that "Sophos xg certificate could not be updated. It is currently being used".

What are the proper procedural steps?

    Hi Davey123,

    It means either CA which has signed the uploaded cert is not added in XG. It can be root CA or intermediate CA. Please put cursur on RED X, you will get missing issuer detail. You need to add that CA in the XG to valid Authorization.
