Error enabling HA A-P V18

Could you doublecheck the passphrase? Did you use a own passphrase? 

How are both appliances interact with each other? Direct connection or something in between? 

Hi Lucar, yes its been 3 days that i'm checking the passphrase hahaha

I already used a passphrase whitout special caracteres, just with numbers, already used the passphrase auto generated from the firewall, but the problems persists...

Yes, they are communicating, i can ping each other.

Direct connection, straight-through cable.

It could be, that the second node is in a weird state and the HA could not be build. 

Any chance you can reimage the second appliance? 

Yes, i already reimage both firewalls too =( 

I did the reimage with the ISO of the new MR-4 for the V18 as well, recently launched, which in theory would solve some HA problems.

Then there is a setup issue for sure. 

Can you go to both appliance via SSH and to the advanced shell.

Check on both appliances the applog.log and check for ha: (Basically: grep ha: applog.log | less) 

After some tries changing IP address and ports, started to work.

Thanks for the help LuCar, the problem wasnt configuration neither passphrase, was just some IP adjusts in network hehe

I had the same problem and found that when configuring through the interactive this error if done through quick HA works. More is using DMZ zone which is not indicated.
