Sophos XG not sending backup emails since changing smtp settings

Hi, since changing my SMTP settings to use our AWS SES I have stopped receiving the weekly backups emails

the SMTP test email sends successfully

Using latest FW of XG

Can you show us the configured SMTP settings? What is the SMTP deployment mode on your firewall? Is it MTA of Legacy(Transparent proxy)?
