This is a long shot but I figured I'd throw it out here in hopes the community may have some suggestions.
We recently upgraded our XG310 to v18.0.3 MR-3 and with that, authentication our internal document repository apps, Laserfiche, now fails across an ipsec VPN connection. We've created special firewall rules for only the ports Laserfiche uses, opened firewall rules up to allow any and all and still authentication fails. We've opened support tickets with both Sophos and Laserfiche and both are telling us it's the other sides fault. Sophos claims the firewall isn't blocking anything but what I know, everything was fine in v17 and it's not in v18.
This is all happening across VPN and v18 of the XG firmware. We have a P2P tunnel from a branch office, same issues. User at home using Sophos Connect, same issues. So, we're certain it's the firmware version, but we can't find what may be the root cause of the issues and Sophos support hasn't been much assistance.
Help me Obi Wan Kenobi....you're my only hope.
