Blocking Ultrasurf Extension/Addon in Google chrome using SG330 (SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4) Firewall

You will need to enable application policies that deny ultrasurf, along HTTPS scanning and CAs on your devices.

Further you will need to tighten up your firewall rules to only allow specific ports/applications etc.

there is a further issue in that XG doesn't always classify ultrasurf correctly, I occasionally see Apple updates classified as ultrasurf.

Have you followed the steps given for Psiphon Proxy in the below link? This should work for Ultrasurf as well.

In that case, I would suggest to raise a support case. 

That would imply you have not applied the application policy to all rules and you are possibly using ssl/tls inspection which does not inspect UDP traffic.
