Sophos XG NIC driver update

Hey!

I have several problems with my sophos xg home router. (high ping on the wan side, ISP modem VoIP functionality not work well when the router is plugged in)  I think maybe a driver issue so i want to update my igb drivers.

How can i update the drivers?

    Hi , Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    It’s not possible to upgrade igb drivers manually. If there’s any igb driver update, it would be provided through firewall firmware updates.

    In addition to this, Could you verify whether there’s any DoS flood detected XG? You can navigate to Intrusion Prevention > DoS Attacks.

    You can see an increase in the Traffic dropped section if any floods are detected.
