System crashes on VMWare 6.7.0 Update 3 after upgrade to 18.0 MR4 (18.0.4.506)

I am currently running Sophos XG (SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3) on VMWare ESXI 6.7.0. Update 3

I received the prompt to upgrade to SFOS 18.0 MR4, and installed it, however I found the system crashes after network connectivity is established (it boots successfully, but after network routing comes online and I am able to browse the web it quickly crashes).

I rolled back and booted the previous version and all is running fine. Are there any known issues with 18.0.4 and/or ESXI 6.7.0 U3?

My next steps is to get my VMWare ESXI upgraded, but as anyone can attest that is a more involved process :) I am also running home version, so support is not an option.
