XG330 HA pair and a XG115 standalone upgraded to 18.0.4MR4 and now can't access devices in Sophos Central

This is not the first upgraded SFOS that has broken the ability to manage these XG's in Sophos Central.  In the past I would have to remove the device from Central and re-register it again for it to be manageable.  I can still access to local GUI on the XG's but not through Sophos Central.

It appears 18.0.4MR4 has done this as well and may have something to do with the token pass-through to the device which seems to fail ffom all browsers from multiple devices from multiple locations so we're pretty sure it's broke again.

Anyone else getting a blank screen when they click to manage a registered XG firewall in Sophos Central?

  • Hi  : Is  "Login Disclaimer enabled over XG" - If yes can you please disable the same and confirm the status of issue by accessing XG over Sophos Central? 

    If it is working fine after disabling "Login Disclaimer over XG" then as of now issue is known to Sophos Dev team with ID NC-67342 and fix will be taken in V18 MR-5.
