VPN user restriction

I have configured VPN on all user's laptop and I want them to be able to browse only when they connect to the VPN I don't want their connection to work if they are not connected to the VPN or on the office local network.

Actually, everything is fine from the VPN just looking at possibilities on the user's end

Can you please explain what you mean by "I don't want their connection to work if they are not connected to the VPN or on the office local network?" Connection to the internet or your office network?
