XG135 SFOS 18.0.4 MR-4 - OSPF not enabled on this interface.

I'm currently testing the configuration outlined in KB-000038014 on an XG135 using the latest GA firmware 18.0.4 MR-4.

At this time I have:

GRE tunnel established (Can ping across)
IPSec tunnel established (Can ping across)
Dynamic Routing ACL enabled on the VPN zone
Firewall rules configured
OSPF route and router ID configured

So far everything looks good and is working as expected.

However, once I get down to the section "Verify the OSPF configuration", my interface "TestSiteOSPF" is reporting "OSPF is not enabled on this interface"

The KB is pretty straight forward and after reviewing it a few times I don't believe I missed anything up to this point. Any ideas why this might be? Is there a command I can run in the console to manually enable this interface?

Do you have to use Policy based VPN?

I would rather replace a GRE Tunnel with a Route based VPN Tunnel, if possible. Route based VPN has to be supported by the other end.
