Access sophos XG webadmin behind ISP router

I have been trying to find a way access my XG web admin on the WAN side while its behind my ISP router.

I have already allowed HTTPS access on the Wan admin.

Does anyone know how I can achieve this ?

  • Depending on the ISP-router you have but you need to port forward either port 4444 from your ISP-router to the XG or you need to configure the XG as exposed host so that all incoming traffic is forwarded to the XG.

Some ISP's also have the possibility to put the ISP-modem/router in bridge mode. In that case your XG will directly receive the public IP-address on it's WAN port.
