Has anyone seen an issue where when using SSL on the new Sophos Connect 2.0 client, the client connects the VPN tunnel and traffic passes, but the Sophos Connect client never updates to show a successful connection? It was working across 50 or so Win10 computers for weeks now and out of the blue it started to fail across the board.
The client logs don't show any connection issue and the tunnel appears to come up properly and the client adds the routes. It would seem to be 100% cosmetic and related to the client, but the lack of confirmation has users opening tickets saying the VPN won't connect and going into a disconnect, connect user driven loop.
One of my engineers opened a ticket with TAC but they wanted to collect support logs from the firewall. Don't think this is going to show anything as the tunnel is behaving.
