Facetime not working on wifi

Facetime not working on wifi but does over 4G

Am using an iPhone XR and has been working just fine, but not used for a month or so and no changes to Firewall.

Firewall currently using v17.5 MR 14.1 and have 17.5 MR15 ready to upgrade to.

The Fireweall rule has not changed and basically there is no configuration to block anything.

    Given that the firewall rule doesn't have any configuration to block anything, Could you verify whether any HTTPS scan and Decrypt is enabled in the firewall rule? If it is, then try to either disable it and test or keep it enabled and import "Appliance SSL CA" certificate in your iPhone and test with it.
    Also is it only iPhone XR where you're facing the issue or all the apple devices exhibit the same behavior?
