I am continuing to work through all of the difficulties with v18.
My latest issue is with WIFI. After a fresh power cycle of the AP55 everything works perfectly. After a period of time, the client connections become unresponsive. If you try accessing the web from the client it will pause for about 30-40 seconds then the page loads. If I disable then re-enable WiFi on the client, it starts working normally again. If I power cycle the AP55 all clients start working like normal.
I will have to flip back to v17.5.12 before updating to v18.0.4 to keep my rollback option alive.
at this point though, I have had to dumb down v18 so much to get it working (basic ip and port firewall now) that I should probably just keep it on v17.
i had to add so many exception to the new DPI SSL that I finally just disabled it.
