Connectivity/authentication test failed

Hi Team 

I am getting this error while clicking on Purge AD users as shown in the snapshot.

Connectivity/authentication test failed
Purge activity could not be initialized.
One or more AD servers could not be connected/authenticated with the device

 Please help me on this

  • How many AD servers are integrated?

    Are you able to perform "Test Connection" individually on server. ( CONFIGURE > Authentication > Servers > Edit > "Test Connection" )

    you should get response "Device - AD server connectivity test successful"
