I have a user based in Germany. He has the Sophos Client connect installed and the VPN can be established with no problem. However, the User is unable to access any network shares on the corporate network. However, if he connects his laptop to a UK based mobile hotspot (On an international roaming data plan) it all works fine. Reconnect to his German DSL or a Native german mobile connection then no dice.
He's running the latest Windows 10 and connecting to an XG125 on the latest firmware.
Can anyone help?
