Can not access remote resources to another office.

Hi,

I have configured the SSL which help me to access one of my remote offices. I can ping that and get the internet but can no access shared resources from that network to my network?

Can you help?

    Hi ,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    Are you able to access shared resources with the IP address? Did you allow DNS on the VPN zone from Administration > Device Access > Network services? 

    Check if you added an internal domain name and DNS server under VPN > VPN settings > SSL VPN.
