Appalling support – how to make a complaint

Hi

I've been using couple of XG firewalls for over 3 years now and in general I had found them to be good. Unfortunately after upgrading to version 18 we've had a couple of problems which have yet to be fixed after 3 month of contact with Sophos support. Can someone advise me how to raise a compliant.

    Thanks for your reply. The two case numbers are 03290987 and 03463421. 03407225 is the original case opened 3 Dec then reopened with case 03463421 after tech support set all of our outgoing emails to be encrypted rather than individual ones set by the Sophos outlook addin.
