CA confusion over results from different devices

Hi folks,

now that I have stable iMAPS scanning with the release of mr-4 I  have moved my iPad into the scanning group. All very good after deleting and adding my mail accounts and telling the iPad to trust the accounts.

Next issue is with url scanning, I have the same CAS installed on my iPad and mac mini both running the latest software.  

I can open an attachment the mac-mini mail without any issues, but the same attachment on the iPad fails certificate trust.

Why is it so?

    Hi folks,

    this gets interesting. I installed the CA on the iPhones after moving into the scanned mail scan group and it worked first time no effort. So I re-installed the CA on the iPAD and bingo it worked.

    Hi folks,

    though the re-installed CA fixed the e-mail issues, but a number of sites that work on the mac mini object with untrusted on the iPad and iPhone.

    Not sure where to look and what to change?

    the re-installed CAs only fixed email. I am still having issues with sites on the mac mini working and the same sites on the iPad failing for security reasons.

    Maybe time to delete all CAs on the iPad and start again.
