WAN Link Integratio

Hello Team,

I'm using XG550. I have two active WAN links and both links are in Active/Active state, so now I have a new ISP that I need to integrate into my existing network making a total of three WAN links. The issue now is after I integrate the new WAN link, I experience the below issue.

1. Some users on that new link lose connectivity.

2. Can ping to google dns "8.8.8.8" but can't ping "google.com, gmail.com etc"

3. 25% Packet drop

4. Some applications are not registering e.g, Microsoft Teams, but web teams are going through"teams.microsoft.com"

Also, For ISP-1 - 80Mbps, ISP-2 - 155Mbps, ISP-3 - 310Mbps

Weight = ISP1- 1, ISP-2- 2 & ISP3- 4

The issue is whenever I connect ISP2 user can't keep getting disconnect and I can't understand why this is happening. Because I integrated the same link "ISP2" on Cisco1900 series router and everything seems to work normal, but when I revert it back to my Sophos everything changes.

Thank you

-Adam.

    Hi ,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

    What is the current firmware on your firewall?

    Can you show us the firewall and SNAT rules? If you can replicate the issue, try to traceroute to google.com and run a packet capture on the source IP address on the firewall to check if the firewall blocks traffic or not.

    Thanks,
