could not see Sophos data consuming in Monitor&Analyze Report

HI, 

XG125 could not show the data record for Sophos.

WE manage several XG125 in CFM.  Health information will be replicated 10 seconds interval. I like to check report how many data consuming on the individual

XG125.  Centra Console IP 180.xx.xx.xx. I check the report, I could not get the data in the report.

can you give advice how to catch this data consuming record?

    Hi, Emmosophos,

    Our network internet service provider said the IP  get big data package consuming.

    180.xx.xx.xx is located in office.(CFM console). I do not agree it will consume the big data package.

    So that I like to check the data record in the Report. But I did not found it the report.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

    If you go to Configure >> Network >> WAN Link Manager >>  IPv4 Gateway >> find your WAN Link, and go to the small graph under Manage, click on this, and this will show you the Bandwidth used by this link.

    HI, Emmanuel,

    That tis toal traffic though the WAN.  I repeat my question below:

    01. IP 180.xx.xx.xx for syncroniation management data between an indinvial XG125 and central Firewall Manager site.

    02. I attent to get record of data usage of this IP 180.xx.xx.xx

    03. in the log, we can search this IP relating traffic.

    04. from Reports, the host 180.xx.xx.xx  was not recorded.

    I would like to get data usage for IP 180.xx.xx.xx.

    What is between the XG and the 180 IP address, something is masking it?

    Hello,

    This mihgt be my quesiton. 180.xx.xx.xx is our offfice public address. From office we open the CFM console to monitor the XG125.

    Each XG125 will forward the manage data to 18.xx.xx.xx, which I see the traffic in the LOG.

    I am intertesting, why could  get the data consumation record in Report?

    Now I understand. I don’t know specifically, you would need to  create a report based on your cfm address and the port the data is forwarded on.
