Does Sophos XG Firewall SW18.0.1_MR-1 Build d396-396 support Linux Kernel 3.x / 2.6.x?

Hi,

I am planning on using an old Optiplex 980 as a dedicated host for Sophos XG Firewall. The issue I am having is that the computer has only one network adapter. I'm hoping someone can tell me if Sophos XG Firewall SW18.0.1_MR-1 Build d396-396 supports Linux® Kernel 3.x / 2.6.x? If so, I will purchase a USB 3.0 network adapter.
