Not download latest firmware automatically in some XG115 firewalls

Hi, I have 7nos sophos XG 115 FWs in different locations. Some firewalls automatically getting downloaded latest, but some not downloaded latest firmwares. How to solve this.

Is there any upstream firewall at the location that can't download firmware automatically?

Could you check if there is a valid license on the firewall?
