Sophos License Issue

Hi everybody

My goal was to Upgrade SFOS 17.5 to 18. I download and Installed the Firmware and after a Reboot my appliance never booted up again...
So I decided to re-install 17.5 and to stay there (for the moment) as I don't understeand the new NAT function (it was so easy at 17.5 never made any changes in NAT) :D

Now I can't activate my old license. No matter what I choose trial or re-activated I can't go away from this mask. Can you help me?

If I choose I have an existing serial number then I must log in with my sophos ID and the I receive this:
