Monitoring Sophos Connect Clients

For those of you who are using Sophos Connect clients over the SSL-VPN client software, can you tell me when you go and view your Live connections not only do you see both SSL and IPSec clients but under the IPSec connections tab for each IPSec client do you see 2 connections? Having some issues testing some users with the Sophos Connect software over my SSL users. SSL seems to be more resilient to drops, it maintains the tunnel where as Connect clients drop off when their PC is idle for the shortest amount of time.
