We have an XG330 and we are using it as an email gateway in MTA mode that throws all messages to a Kerio mail server.
We configured it successfully and its working perfect.
Yesterday we tried to add another WAN source to the previous to increase our bandwidth and load balance the traffic between the two WANs since we set the weight to 1 for both WANs.
The issue that appeared that we noticed that after we attached the second WAN we stopped receiving messages from outside providers such as gmail.com yahoo.com hotmail.com and other email sources too, once we disconnect the second WAN it works again.
Messages reaches XG and the message appears in the Mail Spool but it shows as Failed, this means that the message can arrive the XG but it couldn't deliver it to our mail server and i couldn't figure out any logical reason for the issue.
