The backup cannot be restored from version 17.5.14 to the latest version 18mr3 330XG

Hello all,


After having updated the firmware version from the version (SFOS 17.5.14 MR-14-1) to the latest version 18mr3, you have updated us with an old configuration.

As I have saved the back-up from before updating the Firmware I have tried to load it in the new 18mr3 version, but it won't let me. The node restarts but it doesn't allow to lift with the configuration I have loaded.

Is there a problem with loading configurations between versions 17.5.14 MR-14 and 18mr3?

Any advice on how to recover my saved Back-Up configuration?

    Does the XG load with no configuration?

    There shouldn't be any issues from going to MR-4 to v18MR3, if you go to MR1 it would fail.

    Can you revert back to 17.5?

    We raise all the nodes separately in the 18mr3 version, one of them raises without configuration (Standby) and the main one with all configuration (Primary).
    When we put the HA Cluster together, both nodes have lost their configuration and have a configuration from a few weeks ago.

    After this I have tried to load the configuration in the main node to load the configuration that we have of the Back-Up but it is not possible to load it. It doesn't let me load the configuration from version 17.5.14 MR-14 to version 18mr3.
