Sophos XG home firewall with Amazon Echo Dot 4th gen

Hello,

Has anyone tried connecting an Amazon Echo Dot 4th gen to the Sophos XG Firewall home edition? It seems to be getting blocked by the firewall and will not allow initial setup to the wifi network. I have several 3rd gen dots, and they all connected and work fine, so there seems to be something different with the4th gen. Any guidance would be appreciated.

    have you reviewed the logviewer? When you check the Amazon site does it show any dinferential requirements?
