Having voice breakage issues on VOIP (SIP) on Sophos XG

Question

Dear Support, 
 I am having Sophos XG firewall, which is running as a main gateway. We do Voip calls (inbound/outbound) but these days we are having regular breakage in voice. May I know any ports or VOIP related settings i need to enable or check? Or what will be the issue.

Check your logs for UDP / TCP flood detections related to the traffic and adjust as necessary (you can disable it for testing). Also, for many SIP providers, you have to disable the SIP Helper system in the XG.. see How to turn on or turn off the SIP module (sophos.com) 
 
 You may also need to adjust your firewall rules (find out the UDP / TCP port ranges, IPs, etc. needed for the service.
